January 17th

Last day at home before going back from the extra week of time out of school.  Madalyn did a lot of reading while she was home.  By this day the girls were getting a little tired of each other so they each had some alone time in their rooms which I think the each really enjoyed.

January 16th

Here is a fun picture.  Garrison and I went to our friends the Payne's house for a Golden Globes Party- we were supposed to dress up as something that was nominated.  Of course being the Disney fans we are we had to go Disney our choices were Toy Story 3 or Tangled obviously we went with Tangled I was Rapunzel and Garrison was Fynn Ryder.  We had a lot of fun and I even won best costume!

January 15th

Every Saturday we have basketball games!  She seems to be having fun her team has not won any games yet, but they do not really seem to care which I think is great.

January 14th

Still enjoying the snow- they were pretty much tired of playing in the snow until we went to target and they got these new boots.  As soon as we got home they had to get bundled up and put on the new boots and go outside

January 13th

If you know Kenzie you know she is a very picky eater.  This was some ziti I made with leftover spaghetti sauce from earlier in the week (she ate that), but because this had a different shaped noodle she did not want to eat it.  We finally got her to eat a bite and she liked it and finished her plate of ziti reluctantly-she still says she did not like it.

January 12th

Still not back in school but she did have her homework packet and some extra worksheets so we decided to try and stay on top of things.

January 11th

Still enjoying the snow that we got Sunday night.  We went up to the Douglas' house this evening so the girls could do a little sledding with the boys.
